Ha. I don’t Democrats will give them a “clean” renewal. The GOP is already in trouble with women, I say the Democrats should run on it. Let the GOP explain themselves for voting against it. No need to throw them a rope or give them cover.

I want to the parts of the law that are expiring to be renewed, damn it! If the grants and visa are taken off, they will be renewed. Hell, you could likely get the grants and visas if (non-defense) offsets were found. Or do you prefer the issue as a weapon?
