I’m just wondering how you get to be Miss Teen South Carolina without having been taught to coherently answer an interview question, since apparently part of the contest involves such.

I would like to think that the crowd and the situation overwhelmed the young lady and her mouth was in motion before her brain was activated. That’s what i want to think.
