Great catch! Yep, he’s (IIRC) a Lt. Colonel - so that paragraph probably describes what will happen to him - but you raise an interesting question, considering the paragraph considers a dismissal the same as a dishonorable. I wonder if the prohibition on owning firearms, for example, would apply. (Have to do a little research on that one.)
