We have a dog wth OCD.

What does he do?
Or do I not want to know?

Our dog seems to have epilepsy - he has the occasional seizure. Nothing that is dangerous to him or to us, he just sort of “blacks out” while he’s still awake, yelps a little, then pushes himself backwards in a circle. Strange.
