I heard one of the talking heads say that Obama gets a 100-day honeymoon period before the media stops giving him carte blanche. After that, people usually start criticizing even their most favorite pols. If Obama wants to get anything done (this logic goes), he’d better do it now.

Bush never got 100 days. He didn’t get 100 minutes.

Nor did Reagan. Or Bush 41.

100 day “rule” applies to Democrats only. Same goes for Speaker of the House.
