There was an adult that intervened after the initial attack and probably saved the 7 year old. Why didn’t he have a gun? Just because you can, it doesn’t mean everyone always carries guns. Although since this was on the “West Bank” many do. I guess just bad luck. But you can bet the guns are out now.
