Thank you alpuz, Mattand and Bubblehead II for the condolences downstairs. This is the second sudden death of a friend in three weeks. Cory was only 35. He took me to my first Umphrey’s McGee show, he turned me on to Ween, John Scofield, old Butthole Surfers. We went to Zappa Plays Zappa together when it was the all-star line-up (Vai, Bozzio, Murphy-Brock). We were even in a band together for a time (he was a great drummer!). I already miss him so.
