I would love it if the House filed an impeachment article for not notifying Congress.

Under the War Powers Act, was Trump required to notify anyone in Congress before launching a strike (never mind it was a high Iranian government official)?

Moreover, if he did notify someone (McConnell or Graham say), does that qualify, and would we know if he did?
