In case we wonder how shit like this continues to happen unabated.

So what I’m getting is that, instead of either defending the law or condemning it, they’re trying to third path where they argue that the ruling is “technically correct” but doesn’t matter because there’s absolutely no way other red states will pass their own copies to ban abortions under this unique notch that the wingnut justices have carved out pending their ruling next year.
