The kind of person who tries to explain away things like the Holodomor, the Great Leap Forward, or the Cultural Revolution. You seem obsessed with pointing out the flaws in some countries, but will ignore the plights of minority in others. Considering your saying you wanted China to eclipse us, you must think the Tibetans and the Uyghurs are roadblock to be “removed.”
