Perhaps the AG of NY should be getting busy with indictments for any and all members of the Trump administration who have ties to New York. Pardon power doesn’t apply there.

There’s a potential loophole that was identified that the state legislature needs to close to make sure that a state case on those federal type charges can hold and not get wiped out due to the federal pardon. The State AG is on that.
