Have you seen the show Parenthood? One of the characters on the show is a middle school age boy with Asperger’s. The actor playing him isn’t autistic,the kid really does a great job giving a realistic portrayal of a kid with AS. I think that one of the first sort of mainstream shows I’ve seen where autism was given a realistic treatment.

No, I have not. I’m interested now because it’s always interesting for me to see how people with Asperger’s are portrayed.
