There are much cheaper alternatives to deal with the uninsured who truly can’t afford healthcare insurance than the legislation being formulated if that truly is the intent of the legislation.

I’m not enamored of the current legislation, myself. I’m just saying that the language being used to argue it in the public sphere is dishonest and misleading.

What is a cheaper alternative that you feel would be effective?
