It wouldn’t be allowed in Singapore anyways as his entire collection is all LHD (and Singapore does not allow LHD vehicles imported).

No indication that the shady ones actually intended to send them to Singapore at all, let alone drive them on the streets there. They would probably have sent them to the various Gulf monarchies, with some making their way to the US and the UK.
