The proper name is “Beer-butt Chicken”…and it’s quite good. I make it frequently on the BBQ in the summer and in the oven in the winter months. I like to cover it with powdered chocolate, cayenne pepper, etc. before roasting…

Hey! What’s this “etc.”? The chocolate and cayenne sound great! What are the etc.? C’mon, spill it! (Does it give the chicken kind of a mole flavor?)
