That doesn’t sound Fair enough!

I have yet to have somebody explain to me how progressive taxation is fair without saying ‘they can afford it’ or some other detached fallacy. The offer still stands: expensive dinner or bottle of wine.

I don’t even have to agree, just give me the logical argument and make it coherent and sound.

I’d love to see any party run on a platform of getting rid of the progressive tax. Not many middle income voters will support their taxes doubling or tripling in fairness to the wealthy. The rich do spread the wealth around, and have for decades, like it or not.
