One thing I’ve found in my limited use of slow cookers is that the cooking times are much shorter than the times shown in the recipes (so keep that in mind). Glad that you’re liking the recipe!

My slow cooker times were often divergent from those stated in the recipe until I replaced my old, defunct slow cooker with a genuine Crock Pot. I can only surmise that people often use that one and that it may be a baseline.
