Nice try. On your last question, if you are a bible believer then the answer is YES (according to your bible).

The mass of cells is not a child, and the mothers body almost from the moment of conception is trying to kill that foreign mass of cells anyway. And it actually does a pretty efficient job of it until the mass gets some protection (which her body does by natural suppression of her immune system until other protection is in place).

What about the rights of the mother?
