The Constitution is flawed because it’s only a charter of “negative liberties” is a true statement. It’s not a statement of what you can do, but only what you can not do. It did not give women or blacks the right to vote for example, and that flaw was corrected.

The founders intended the Constitution to be a contract of negative liberties.

It’s designed by construct and intent to LIMIT GOVERNMENT.
