That comment reeks of ODS. I have plenty of criticism of Obama’s foreign policy, but let’s stick to something substantial, ok? Under any president, the CIA or military intelligence would be sampling the air following a nuke test. They can tell a lot about the state of the NoKo technology from the isotopes produced in the blast.

It is very substantial precisely because sniffing NK’s ass is all Obama has or will do about NK’s nuke program.
