I find it hard to believe that Brown was running away from a gun being shot at him, would stop, then turn around and charge at the man firing a gun at him.

Not impossible, but really not plausible.

I see the FPD’s story, if the NYT is to be believed, is changing again. Now it’s not that Brown charged, it’s that he turned around and started moving back towards Wilson. And if Brown put his arms down, that would mean he had to have them up. So why, if he was looking to attack Wilson, did he have his arms up?

Quite honestly, it now sounds like they’re moving to argue that Wilson misinterpreted Brown’s surrender as aggression. Perhaps because those “witnesses” that supposedly back up Wilson’s version of events didn’t see him “charging.”
