And he continued that through the G-20. Aside from giving one gonzo statement to the press, he pretty much ducked out of most of the formal events or was a total non-entity, only had “informal” meetings with other leaders, and then canceled his speech today out of “respect” for the Bushes for retiring early from the summit.

Which means it’s likely he’s privately fuming that he’s lost any respect he had from other leaders and is totally blaming it on Mueller.
