The same Mark Kirk who wanted to monitor African American neighborhoods for voter fraud? Right.

I don’t consider his actions racist, in light of Chicago’s long history of voter fraud. And Election Day did not see any major complaints of discrimination. Those sent to observe voting behaved themselves. Illinois is not Mississippi, even if they are both on the east bank of the same river.
