Follow this logic.
FACT :There are billions to be given to “community organiozations” for housing
FACT : ACORN is one of the, if not THE largest and best organized “community organization”

You do the math

OK, why not state ACORN will get 100 billion of the 4 billion in the bill instead of just 6 billion using your math ? No one in there right mind thinks all of the 4 billion will be available to ACORN, and if even 1 percent does go to ACORN we’ll know about it.
I’ll drop the issue, it’s silly to discuss possibilities until the first dime is budgeted. We can revisit it if ACORN gets funding later.
