Dinged down because the source is a Daily Kos poll. They’re not known for puting Republicans or conservatives in a good light. In fact, Kos is well known for demonizing his opposition whenever possible.

Citing Kos as a source on how Republicans think is like citing the DI on evolution.

I’ll second what Avanti said about; Kos commissioned Research 2000. Kos polls aren’t always automatically bad; it also matters whether it’s a poll of the Kos community or not.

That being said, the percentage reported of Republicans that are also nirthers seems really high to me—too high.
