UpChuck is the Boy Who Cried Wolf, personified. And I stress the word “boy,” because he’s got the maturity of a 14-year-old, or younger. He’s so desperate to impress people with a BIG SCOOP that he’ll latch onto any will o’the wisp idea and insist it’s 100% true.
