I see a lot of discussion about coupons around the web these days. I see coupons as a scam to keep people buying crap that they should be eating anyways. I never see coupons for potatoes, rice or onions.

Safeway does have some nice club discounts from their regular prices on seasonal produce.

The little Italian place down the road is still usually cheaper, though.
