Again, when you have to play diplomacy, and every single force facing ISIS is Muslim, whether genuine ally (Peshmerga), enemy-of-my-enemy (Iran), or something in between (Egypt’s military government), you damn well better not be lumping all Muslims in together. I’m so very glad we have an adult in the White House who gets this, instead of a bunch of cretinous twitter warriors, drunk on “Red Dawn” and the Book of Revelation.

The crazy thing is, Bush, whom these same assholes LOVED, said a lot of the same things. Even about poverty, hopelessness and terrorism. I think if Obama delivered a speech from Bush verbatim, the Right would declare it to be pro-ISIS screed.
