I have read both, but I saw one on TV that someone stated that he was a neighborhood watch captain. Plus as many times as he has called in police reports there is no way that the people of that neighborhood did not know what he was doing. I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t call him when they were worried, especially if they previously had problems. I got calls from the neighbors about crime in the neighborhood and I was just the treasurer. And we’re not gated. They knew. And it will be fairly easy to prove.
