I hate El Nino. It messes with a lot of people, and the hot summer is absolute misery. I prefer cooler weather.

I don’t know if I agree with that. Back when I looked into it a couple years ago, the missile shield wasn’t on track to being effective effective from a practical standpoint at the time of its deployment. Getting rid of a system that has no real promise of working is a prudent move.
