I’m not so sure, given how rabid he’s sounding: Either it’s an act and he’d have to drop it once in office, or he’s too bloody-minded to be a diplomat anymore. in which case he might get an important-sounding title and relatively little power.

He’s still advising the GOP frontrunner. Maybe Jeb would have enough wisdom not to make him SoS but he’s going to play a role in shaping FP if Jeb is elected. It disturbs me he’s talking like this even if he will have to tone that rhetoric.
