re: #92 Feline Fearless Leader

I expect he’ll double-down on the Reagan’s Bind decision to be viewed as incompetent rather than malicious.

The question becomes how much this starts to damage the view by many in NJ that he is a decent to good governor. (Remember folks, he is following Corzine - so the bar is pretty low.)

Honestly, there’s a good chance he comes out of this okay. I haven’t talked to any friends or relatives about this (most of them voted for Chrisite). Between them not really caring that much about politics and this happening in North Jersey, they’ll probably go “Eh. Good enough” if he offers even the most half-assed of apologies.

I’m honestly not sure what he’s going to do. Bullies rarely apologize when caught, and yesterday was no exception. It all depends on badly he wants to be president.

The shitty long term memory of the American voter is Christie’s greatest hope now.
