It’s not cool to mock Reagan for that. You or someone you love could be stricken with Alzheimer’s some day, and there may be other people here who are dealing with family members who have it.

My mother and both my grandmothers suffered from Alzheimer’s. I saw it from a distance with my grandmothers and up close with my mother. It is, without a doubt, the most dreadful disease I’ve ever witnessed. And I say that as the father of a brain cancer survivor.
