He is part of the Ohio Republican Political Party Recycling Program along with George Voinovich, Ken Blackwell, Jim Petro , Elizabeth Montgomery and Bob Taft. For almost two decades these asswipes traded offices back and forth. Voinovich and DeWine even made it to the Senate.
