On a side note, the title as it appears in the proclamation is in fact misspelt on the Website (family’s is the misspelling, as the day is an observance of multiple families, not one).

Just a little nitpick, but something as basic as an annual proclamation which has been issued for an observance which exists in law from 1936, you’d think they could get that much right.
