I suspect he’s been taking he paycheck all along. I doubt there is a mechanism in the bureaucracy of the fed government to simply re-route the money. He claims he’s donating it to various departments, but again, how would that work?

im not sure that’s possible - depositing money into a department’s bank account?

all revenue is supposed to go into the treasury and be allocated by congress of course
