Indeed, either one is in favor of abortion remaining legal or not. But like I said, most of those pushing the “rape/incest/safety of mother” bit are politicians looking to be seen as “reasonable,” saying that they’re not totally against abortion.

Yeah. It just makes me suspect that they don’t care about the sanctity of human life so much as they do controlling women. I don’t hear “I’ll make an exception for rape” as caring, I hear it as “Well, if you can prove it’s not your fault you’re pregnant, it’s OK.”
