Try and remember that NK let one rip during Bush 2. Sure it was a dud, but a test is a test. The Great Leader is not worried about anyones “policy”. He is doing whatever he wants, pure and simple.

This started a long time ago, and anyone who wants to blame Obama for what NK does today is forgetting the past…

I honestly don’t think most people are blaming him for the past (at least not me), what I suspect they are blaming him for is his lack of a firm response to a NUCLEAR armed North Korea. Going golfing after a weak statement is not conducive to calming your countries nerves after they popped a Nuke.
