Can’t remember the address offhand, but I think it’s somewhere near the intersection of Merd Street and Offal Avenue, hard by the sewer pipe that feeds into right side of Scheissvogel Harbor.

I can’t be certain, but isn’t that place overlooked by Schadenfreude Point? I think there’s a lovely view from Schadenfreude, anyway.
