True, but the conservatives have been hammering the theme that it’s a perfectly good prison, and there is no need to close it. When someone like Patreus agrees with both Mccain and BHO that it needs to be closed, that is no small deal IMHO. I think we can all agree, if it’s closed, BHO has to have a plan B for the prisoners.
