The issue is that there were Doctors there that had to legitimize the certificate of deaths and cause of the deaths on all those who die in the hospital and clinics. Perhaps Dr. Mad and his entourage and the other Gaza sympathizers has signed false death attestations?
Did they film every dead body in the morgues? Multiple times?
