Depends on what the arrangements were. A little nookie that comes after a statement like, “Put out, or you’ll never work in this industry again” tends to stray past simple bad behavior. That’s why every business I’ve ever worked for has explicit rules pertaining to sexual harassment, with particular mention being made of supervisor/supervisee relations.

I’m not saying this is actually the case here; just that we don’t know, and that if it turns out to be so it wouldn’t surprise me at all.
