He is not a very good extemporaneous speaker, which is extremely evident by any of his unrehearsed one on one’s. Most people on this blog can form answers to questions and comment quicker and more coherently than he can on any given day.

I strongly disagree with this assessment. In the many interviews and other encounters I’ve seen, he’s been more coherent than most other politicians I’ve heard.
