The Republican Party is preparing to shut down the government in order to stop Planned Parenthood from destroying America.

I’ve said it before but I think it’s worth repeating. These people want to “save” America the same way Ethan Edwards wanted to “save” Debbie from the Comanche in The Searchers.

This peculiar aspect of the conservative mindset has not change in over 50 years. It’s the same mindset that tried to save people from Communism by bombing them back to the stone age. If someone like this ever says they want to save you from something… run!
