PJTV: Joe the Plumber and the Hamas Charter

Middle East • Views: 2,702

We’ve written many times about the genocidal, insane Hamas Charter, which includes references to antisemitic forgery The Protocols of the Elders of Zion; today at PJTV Joe Wurzelbacher, Roger Simon, and Bill Whittle call on Barack Obama to read this appalling document and have Hamas revise it: Joe the Plumber Challenges Obama on Hamas Charter.

I'm sure he knows it.

It's an inconvenient truth.

With the way Obama ignores Fox News, I really don't think he'll take Conservative bloggers seriously until the Fairness Doctrine passes.

I'm more worried about the extent to which he agrees with it.

What's this? Hard news&and analysis from the pesky plumber class? Not today. Nor tomorrow. Wednesday's not looking too good, either...

Somewhere in a vault in the Los Angeles Times HQ is a video tape that shows that Obama knows full well what Hamas is about.

10 jcw46  Mon, Jan 19, 2009 12:42:50pm

Until they recognize the right of Israel to exist, Israel has NO ONE to discuss peace with. What would be the point? It drives me nuts that the left-wind media NEVER points this out.

It has to be on a teleprompter

13 Ben Hur  Mon, Jan 19, 2009 12:43:10pm

They knew and know about the PLO charter, as well.

They also know that it was never changed -another Clinton lie to Israel.

It was the first thing the Palis were supposed to do under Oslo.

Can we not harp on Charters as if changing worldly documents or worldly agreements dealing with worldly political/religious issues have any effect on Islamic fundamentalists?

It's their religion.

They are not going to change it.

What the......?

Suddenly I'm hearing music.

It's irritating........like a mosquito.

It's making its way from the back of my head to the front.

What IS that?!?

It's just so familiar!

Oh no, not again.

but he can NOT speak conversationally w/out scrambling and grasping desperately for words. this makes me think he is not a centered focused person w/ any real pertinent thoughts. and that if he has any real thoughts, he stumbles around trying to NOT reveal them. he is either dumb or dishonest.

I'm sure that Obama, as many here have pointed out, knows exactly what's in the Hamas charter and agrees with it. I'm still pissed about the L.A. Times Obama videotape. If McCain was in it the video would have been released long time ago. I take comfort in the fact that sooner or later the videotape will be seen. There's no way that Obama and his group can suppress the tape forever. There has to be other copies which will one day come to light.

I feel scared for the future of America and Israel. I can appreciate the historical significance of Obama becoming the first Black President but I'm upset that he's so liberal and has such radical anti-American friends. I'll be praying for America everyday!

Hamas Uses Schools During Ceasefire to Shoot Rockets

Aerial footage taken by the Israel Air Force on 18 January 2009 provides yet another example of how Hamas exploits its civilian population and civilian institutions as a cover for their terrorist operations. In this footage you can see how Hamas has located a rocket launcher between two schools and fired from it during the cease fire.

Obama's relatives in Kenya...the muslim ones.....owned slaves

wha is the big deal about slaves

as if it was WHITE AMERICA'S ORIGINAL SIN

forget it already

We began thinking of it in those terms very early, however--Abigail Adams expressed fear that God would not permit the colonies to succeed in the Revolution because of slavery. We have issues, yes we do.

A family friend is engaged to a young man from West Africa who will tell you with a charming smile that his family were never slaves--'but we did sell them to you guys at a pretty profitable rate'.

When someone has to so delibertly work to hide their agenda, to parse their positions so that they appear far more benign than they really are, it is a challenge to form those sentences to communicate the facade they are presenting. That is why he has such a challenge when off script / teleprompter.

It ultimately makes the MSM and hard left a far larger joke since they ignore these mannerisms, or the Caroline Kennedy-Schlossberg 7 'you knows' per sentence and point out Dubya's speaking challenges as being proof of his lack of intelligence.

I find the eagerness of all these celebs and others to proclaim America "a great country" and declare their undying patriotism now that The One is being inaugurated more than slightly sickening.

Was America not a great country last year or the year before? Did not the things that the newly-minted self-proclaimed volunteers claim to wish to do need doing just as much last year or the year before?

I have heard people speaking reverently of Obama "because he asks something of them." Did not the outgoing President merely ask of them that they believe in their country, and that they understand that his actions were the actions of a fallible man, elected to serve them and protect them, not the actions of a dictator or a rapacious maniac--and did they not find even this small effort wholly beyond their capabilities?

The outpouring of altruism surrounding the Obama Coronation Week will fade as rapidly as the world's sympathy for the United States did after 9/11, but in the meantime the stench of hypocrisy emanating from it is overwhelming.

i know people who see him that way. they get glassy eyed and smug w/ self satisfaction that they are a part of such a historic event.

i said, "see what? stupid racist people electing someone to the office of potus, strictly to have a historic event. being black doesn't qualify some one for office"
his mouth dropped opened.
and then i said, "i was oblivious to his color, i voted as a color blind person, based on his bad socialist policies and his weak character, it had nothing to do w/ his race."
too many people have given up responsibility for their own lives. happily giving the messiah power over them. it's a cult situation. and exalting a human being to the status of a powerful deity never ends well. but they are in the throes of their rapture. they can't be reasoned w/.

In all candor, I can't recall him having explicitly done so.

I firmly believe that -- given the freedom to speak his mind without consquence -- he would support "The Palestinian People".

Here's what he said

Obama was asked whether he would negotiate with Hamas. "I don't think any country would find it acceptable to have missiles raining down on the heads of their citizens," he said. "The first job of any nation state is to protect its citizens. And so I can assure you that if -- I don't even care if I was a politician -- if somebody was sending rockets into my house where my two daughters sleep at night, I'm going to do everything in my power to stop that. And I would expect Israelis to do the same thing."

IIRC, it was 1964 that Saudi Arabia first passed a (merely manmade) law against slavery. [Constitution was still the Koran, of course.] Coincidentally, Malcolm-X made his Hajj pilgrimage to Mekkah that same year, and brought back word that there were lots of white guys there.

You are clearly not adept at reading politician-speak. If you read this carefully, you can see that it could apply equally to Israelis supposedly sending ordnance into Gaza--for nowhere does he say, unequivocally, "I support Israel stopping Hamas from sending rockets into Israel."

My bad, I should have included the context of the remark about Hamas

Back in July -- when there was much (groundless) Democratic worry about Obama's supposed problem with Jewish voters -- the presidential candidate visited Israel. He met with Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, President Shimon Peres and a boy who lost a leg to a Palestinian rocket attack.

In Sderot, a city near Gaza hit by many Palestinian rockets, Obama was asked whether he would negotiate with Hamas.

Yeah, slavery was hardly unique to the Southern United States. Brazil didn't outlaw it until sometime in the 1880s and Saudi Arabia, where some slaves are still kept, didn't outlaw it until something like 1962. And, of course, there is slavery (and slave raiders) in the Sudan even to this very day.

But the Left like to behave as though Slavery was unique to the Southern United States. They simply overlook any evidence to the contrary. And while we are on atrocities, let's talk about the genocide in Rwanda theat the Clinton Administration, with a little help from the UN, swept under the rug. The poor Rwandans. They managed to get massacred at a time when Clinton didn't need a distraction from his extracurricular adventures. On such trivialities the lives of millions sometimes depend.

There's levels and layers to the U.S.'s relationship to slavery. For one thing, we have always held ourselves to a higher standard than the rest of the world. Christian anti-slavery activists couldn't bear the taint that slavery laid on their city upon a hill. And revolutionary rhetoric added to that--you can only yell a speech about freedom so many times before you start feeling slightly queasy about being a slaveholder.

Another factor is that when we managed to abolish slavery, no one went anywhere, and we had to create a multi-racial society. Britain abolished earlier than we did, but they didn't have lots of black slaves in London. (Several thousand ex-slaves at various points, but they, er, faded into the background within a generation or two.) We had to deal with complex problems of social inequity, while everyone else in the Western European world just kinda ditched their issues and marched on. Colonies became 'third world countries'.

As for Brazil and Sudan and the Saudis--well I ain't holding us to the same lousy standard as Saudi Arabia! The left won't put it like that, although I think they have the same instinct deep down. What they revert to is the same double standard that applies to Israel, an idea that anything that brown people (or people they define as brown) do is traditional, or need-based, whereas what white people (or people they define as white) do is just plain evil.

As for Obama--I am proud to see that we can elect a black president, even if I could have wished for, you know, a better president. It really is another mark of the ongoing process of becoming a better us, which has been an American preoccupation from the beginning. Sure, he's not actually a descendent of American slaves, but that wouldn't have affected why he and anyone who looked like him would have lost earlier races. So, ya know, I'm happy about that.

As for the rest of the world--well, we keep working on it.

Halachically, he's a Kansan. Race is irrelevent from a halachic point of view. Also, Obama is irrelevent from an halachic point of view--we only decide our own tribal membership issues. I am well aware halacha does not determine anyone else's membership in any non-Jewish "people." I was simply making a crack about the number of Jews who voted for Obama as a member of the "black people."

Aaaah, I'm upsetting people. I'm just kidding!

re: #270 buzzsawmonkey

It's so pathetic how many Jews just want to be liked, and to be like everyone else. "I'm so enlightened-I voted for a black man". It makes me puke.

I fear you are in Catch 22 situation. If Obama is as bad as you fear the country is screwed and you'll be unhappy. If the voters are right, the Obama haters will be unhappy, but the country will be fine. Either way, you're set up for a disappointing few years.

Oh, how sad that you actually believe that tripe!

"If Obama is as bad as you fear the country is screwed..."

News Flash: Our beloved country [as we know it] is screwed!

The saddest part of all is that you will be among the first to fall prey to a truly evil agenda. The rest of us are on guard, and, hopefully, we will be able to offer at least some resistance.

I like Simon's hat; it's good quality--if you know hats, you can see that--and he wears it well. I'd rather see him wear the hat than wear a wig, and if he wants to cover his dome, that's his call.

Only if it's a true Tilley hat... complete with lifetime warranty and user's manual!

No Chief I won't unhappy. Is Obama as bad as I think? Who knows but one thing is for sure this Country will survive anything one man can do. The thing most of us here are arguing is that he is not the savior and messiah cure all entity that he is being made to be. He is in fact just a corrupt politician from the Chicago political machine. He has surrounded himself with dubious characters and criminals his entire life.
Now he is our president nothing anyone can do about that now.
But please excuse us if we don't get misty eyed over the whole thing.

I wholeheartedly agree with you... except for one thing... re: "...this Country will survive anything one man can do"

I fear that we may NOT survive what one man wimp, plus his staff, plus his cabinet, plus a majority in the Senate, plus a majority in the House, plus all the sniveling lemmings... can do to utterly destroy this country ! ! !

This is not just "one man" and I am terrified!

283 Mr Spiffy  Mon, Jan 19, 2009 2:24:10pm

I've said it before and I'll say it again--
I like the idea of a "One-State Solution"
of course that one state should be Israel, "from the river to the sea"
If that were to happen in my lifetime it would surely dwarf the importance of electing a socialist president of the United States in importance

The difference between you and I is that I don't KNOW that nor do you. You have a opinion based on what you believe to be true, and although we disagree, I respect that.
There is a lot of hope out there, about 80% feel better about the country now and even if that hope is based on the MSM or hype, it may start to get moving forward, but we'll see.

By contrast, 79 percent were optimistic about the next four years under Obama, a level of good will for a new chief executive that exceeds that measured for any of the past five incoming presidents. And it cuts across party lines: 58 percent of the respondents who said they voted for Obama's Republican opponent in the general election, Senator John McCain of Arizona, said they were optimistic about the country in an Obama administration.

OK, you know the unknowable, you can predict the future based on your opinions I can not. The 80% figure is from polling, but as in the election, you don't believe polls.

Chief thats 80% of the new york times cbs poll. That is not 80% of Americans .

Now if you were to tell me that 80% of new york times readers and cbs watchers are optimistic about the next four years I would believe you.
Seriously though poll numbers are just that, poll numbers sometimes close to correct sometimes way off.
They do nothing but sell papers .
I mean who doesn't want the country to improve?
Now there are Lizards that have a lot more sinister opinion of Obama than I.
I just think he is an unqualified corrupt Chicago politician. We all know if he has no business as Commander in Chief.
That is one job you just don't stick some one in thinking oh how bad can he fuck it up?

Joe was given an UBER rectal exam by the media and partisan politicos for his daring to ask a blasphemous question of Our Messiah-King during the lead up to His Ministry; now I would fully expect this to be one of the linch-pin reasons cited for a renewed Fairness Doctrine to legislated by a virtual rubber-stamp Dem-controlled Congress.

It was a national poll as were similar CNN and Fox poll.

"The telephone survey of 1,112 adults was conducted Jan. 11-15. It has a margin of sampling error of plus or minus three percentage points."

Here's the CNN national poll.

OK Lizardim -

Tomorrow starts the New Administration - AND - there are causes to be Joyous, it will be a peaceful and complete transfer of Executive Power, befitting a Mature Republic, it will be "Symbolic" insofar as a descendant in appearance, if not reality, of Former Slaves will be the US Chief Executive - AND - there are causes to be Apprehensive as well, in my mind the Platform and Promises of the soon to be incumbent.
My take is this, B. Hussein Obama will be MY President as a US Citizen. Where I agree with him I SHALL support him. Where I do NOT I shall oppose him, Vocally.

That is all.

Exactly!

It is not our charter to change anyways.

It is also so foreign to our culture its words are meaningless to us. It really needs to be deciphered, not translated verbatim.

Just one example: they speak of "right way", but it is really SHARIA they're talking about. SHAR'I in Arabic is right (straight).

In language of Free People this charter can be summed up thusly:

"Our religion is supreme; it should rule over all the others; we deny the historic roots of Jewish people in Palestine and call them invaders; we deny our own true status as invaders there; any land taken by us should remain in our posession; we will fight for our supremacy to the death".

That's more proper translation.
