I’m not sure where they get the idea that anyone is “terrified” of them (it’s actually more like “disgustedly amused”), but the Ron Paulbots at Daily Paul are on to us! Little Green Footballs comments section terrified of Paulites taking over new GOP website.

You comment jogged my memeory.

Perhaps just a tad OT here, but this recent article in the BBC’s second report in its “Regarding the Hunger” series Katya Adler whines about the hardship that Gaza Palestinian children are undergoing as a result of Israel’s response to the rocket attacks from Gaza.
In her article, the BBC’s Katya Adler does not seem to understand that any nation, yes - even Israel, has the right to defend itself. It appears to me that after eight years of rocket bombardment, that Israel’s response was appropriate. If you want to blame any party in the matter blame the Hamas terrorists who initiated the rocket bombardment of Israel, particularly targeting schoolchildren when they could. Blame the Hamas terrorists who deliberately site their weapons in civilian areas such as hospitals and schools. Blame the Hamas terrorists for using their own civilians as human shields, putting their own people directly in the line of fire. Then blame the Hamas terrorists for whining about the civilian casualties that result from their own actions.
The difference between a soldier and a terrorist is that a terrorist deliberately targets the innocent and deliberately protects him/her self by placing innocents in the line of fire, where a soldier sees his/her job as protecting the innocent at all costs, standing between the innocent and the horrors of war.

We had the same issue in 1995 with a declining dollar, what happens is other countries end up hurting themselves because they’re just dependent on a strong US dollar to make their exports to the US competitive, and make our exports uncompetitive. As the US economy picks up steam, companies like Toyota find themselves hurting as they can’t sell in the market as effectively with the Dollar so weak.

A weak dollar is a mixed blessing, and certainly does hurt the US with the price of oil and other commodities, at the same time, I’ll take a hit on oil if it means we’ll have a chance to develop economical alternatives such as nuclear and solar power.

Ron Paul doesn’t propose any workable solutions. He can rile up his fans and make sure they know where to direct their anger, but he can’t actually fix anything. Oh he could design a financial system from scratch, but he can’t figure out a way to get the system we have now to what he envisions. It would collapse the economy and then all bets are off for everything else.

Thats my basic problem with the Paulians. They don’t actually think things through. They claim to be concerned about their standard of living, but they aim to collapse the financial system and start over. Good luck with your standard of living then.

I’m starting to get annoyed at how slow the pay cycle has become.

Used to be a Lizard in good standing could get his or her check fairly quickly…now not so much.

I remember when this blog first turned to the Right Side, about September 2001, and back in those days us Zionist Puppets got paid quick. Post a good rant on the dreaded Mooslim Threat and you got double points. Now the posting pay is hard to come by. I blame it on the Jooos.
