White Supremacist Robert Stacy McCain Attacks Me Again (#200+)

Blogosphere • Views: 2,865

White supremacist blogger Robert Stacy McCain (recently seen at LGF when he wrote an article whining about how awful it is to call political opponents “crazy”) calls me crazy (for probably the 200th time): Why Do Charles Johnson’s Beliefs Keep Turning Out to Be Delusional?

McCain likes to rant about how “insignificant” and “crazy” I am, but he spends an amazing amount of his precious “shoe leather journalism” time trying to smear me.

McCain is pushing the “John Patrick Bedell was a deranged dopehead lefty” canard, and pushing it hard — because as one of the people most responsible for degrading and debasing the right wing blogosphere, he’s got a very strong motivation to deny that Bedell is one of his fellow travelers on the extreme right.

But he isn’t fooling anyone; it’s obvious what these people are doing, and Politico’s Kenneth Vogel has an article today about the “reflexive pushback” from racist nutbags like McCain: Right resists link to Pentagon incident.

He knows. He's just lying.

All of the bloggers pushing this BS know very well that it's BS. But that doesn't stop them.

Charles;

I'm at the point where I view getting smeared by RSMcCain as a badge of honor. You're obviously doing something right! (Heh.)

John Avlon gets the situation in a nutshell:

"When people engage constantly in trying to pump up fear and hate for hyper-partisan advantage or for ratings advantage, there is the danger that you can get an unhinged soul, a guy who’s already mentally unstable, who digests this steady diet of hate and fear and paranoia and eventually erupts.”
...
"there is sense that lot of folks on the right are happy to benefit from the politics of incitement..."

CYA, one line of type at a time.

It is the hybrids which are stronger, not the pure types.

9 Obdicut  Sun, Mar 7, 2010 9:54:29am

His entire 'proof' consists of McCain being against the Iraq war and smoking pot. Those are two stances incredibly consistent with a lot of Paulians.

I can't see who this argument would convince, other than the ignorant and the willfully ignorant.

Also from that article....

“Don’t Believe the MSM: John Patrick Bedell, the Pentagon Shooter, was no Right-Winger,” blared the headline of a piece leading the conservative media watchdog website Big Journalism Friday afternoon.

Big journalism is running a piece this morning about how the evil government deserves these attacks and shouldn't be viewed as a victim.

stacy mccain is a scumbag. so are those that help him, now that his true colors are known. i don't really get into the whole "blog wars" thing, but mccain, et al are clearly a bunch of extremists who need to be under surveillance.

but what I am really thinking at the moment has to do with the Iraqi elections. If the Prez really wanted to make a legitimate statement of non-partisanship that has purely positive motives, he should find a few seconds to thank President Bush 43, who truly is the "godfather" of the Iraqi elections. Without his resolute commitment to Iraqi democracy (which was opposed by Obama, Biden, and most of the left), today's success would not have been possible.

Come on Mr President, do the right thing and start bringing us together.

He is very careful on his blog to no mention his AmRen/VDare connections...he looks like one of the Joe Sobran/Fran Griffin crowd.

Probably pals around with Willis Carto and that American Free Press crowd too...then again they are all tied in together in DC.

Marcus Epstein is always on the scene when they put their hate gathering together.

If I can get anything more on this guy I will forward it too you.

I've already posted reams of information about McCain's white supremacist connections -- click the links in the post above.

He's written articles for American Renaissance, using a pseudonym based on the name of a pro-slavery Confederate general. And he is a close friend of neo-Nazi Bill White, even getting White's articles published by the Washington Times.

And that's just the start of it.

Hacked by Horatio, one of my old friends

LOLZ!

OK, Lizards, I usually don't quote from the Douche, but this is too priceless.

Some of the rocket scientists over at the Borgmocrazy noticed the above exchange and are all hot 'n' bothered because they think my old friend Horatio (Publius Horatius Cocles) is actually responsible for whatever's going on at the Freeper server.

They're threatening to report him for cybercrime!

"Middle-Earth" writes:

So Cato is braging that one of his friends caused FR to crash? I just tried getting in to it myself and can’t.

Isn’t crashing other people’s websites a cyber crime?

I post periodically on FR. I’m going to send an email to the admin, Jim Robinson, when they are back up. What thread on LGF was this post in?

"Grimcargo" responds:

Hey that’s a good idea. It’s in the newest thread.the top one.

I think if someone knows about a crime and don’t report it they can be in some trouble.

Thanks for the laffs, geniuses. Tears of mirth roll down my weathered Roman cheeks whilst Haku howls with glee.

Ugh....

A nation whose government does not rest on the consent of the governed is a nation whose government holds sway only by inertia, or by force.

It is a nation vulnerable to political shocks, usurpation, or perhaps even political collapse or civil war. It is a body politic suffering from a serious illness. Those who care about America should be very worried.

"Well, the Declaration of Independence allows for the prospect of altering or abolishing the government we have in order to get a government that's closer to what we want. That needn't involve anything as violent as the American Revolution or the Civil War, but the need for change -- real, structural change as opposed to campaign-slogan "change" -- is becoming more obvious."

Lately, I've been forwarded several email links to WND by former seemingly rational conservatives. I got so sick of this shit in my inbox, I created a filter to automatically delete anything linked to, or mentioning, WND.

As the right spirals farther and farther from reality, they'll happily link to (and compulsively forward) extreme anything to try and make their case that Obama is a sekrit Muslim baby-killing socialist. Twisted anti-Obama shit like the infamous Tomato Target cover makes them bang their cages with glee. If you try to tell them WND is the wingnut pit of hell, they'll give you a suspicious look like, "Oh, I didn't know you drank the Obama Kool-Aid. I didn't know you were a communist. "

The worst of it is, they seem to think they're actually persuading people to come to their side of the aisle spreading crazy crap like this. If not making Obama out as a tomato target, it's something outright racist, or some outrageous anti-Konstitutional Kristian Krusader stuff. They see themselves as the last bastion of hope and reason, the only people who really kkkare about America.

Sadly, there are a lot of people I don't talk to any more because they've jumped on the right wing crazy train, and they're telling me (with endless FW FW emails) they've saved me a spot next to them.

In reality, I can't run away fast enough. I don't want their kkkooties on me.
