I saw that Rose Garden speech live when it happened, and I had no doubt whatsoever that he was referring to the Benghazi attack when he said, “No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation.”

The whole speech was about Benghazi. There was absolutely nothing “vague” about this.
