Nate’s polling has already shown the slight trend downward he predicted. If he gets through the health care debate still in the 50’s, he’ll be lucky. The safest way to not offend some voters is to do as little as possible, and he’s committed to a hell of a lot of change.

I a bit confused by how you are describing Obama and his agenda. Are you saying that the more he does for the GOOD of the country, the more he is going to start to track downward in popularity?

Or are you saying that his agenda (ex: health care) is not going to be good for the country, and as he moves that forward, the population will start to realize that, and in turn, this will cause his popularity and support to trend down?

Which is it, good or bad?
