/I rated myself higher than my boss did (avg. 1/2 point all the way).

I have employess who rate themselves 3’s and 4’s when they are strong 2’s. Occasionally a 5 gets in there. I’ve never rated myself a 5 at anything and I’ve been in my industry for 22 years, and consider myself talented and competent.

I would say you’re very consistent.
